As a result of the high quality services provided by Bluewood, we have gained a good reputation with local providers such as Social Services, NHS, Health centres, respite owners and local charities.

This has allowed us to expand and grow our business to other areas such as Leicester, Loughborough and Northampton and are now looking to expand/franchise into the West Midlands as we have been awarded a contract to provide our services to the NHS and social services in the Midlands area.

We work within the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines to make sure we adhere to all policies and legislations as required.

We regularly check that our customers are happy with our service, which allows us to monitor our performance and make sure we keep our service at a very high standard.

We now care for more people in their own home throughout the areas of Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. Our combined 40 years’ experience in helping people live the life they want, where they want, make us one of the most trusted domiciliary care and healthcare providers in the industry.

Our Customers

We supply care directly to individuals paying for their own care, individuals who are funded by their local authority and those who are ‘topping up’ funded care with their own money.

We have local contracts in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.  We are an approved healthcare suppliers to the NHS, and we provide healthcare staff to private hospitals, care homes and learning disability units.

We regular check that our customers are happy with our service. 95 percent of our customers felt that our service was tailored to their personal, religious and cultural needs* and 92 percent of our customers said our care had improved their quality of life**.

With our staff of home care and healthcare experts, we can cater for practically all healthcare and home care requirements. We always have a large number of carers available for last minute emergencies or extensions in existing care packages. We have a 24/7 on call service to ensure that our customers needs are always mat regardless of the time of day.
